Pros

Some members of the team were nice

Cons

The culture is overwhelmingly bullying and aggressive. Despite raising concerns directly with HR, there was no meaningful follow-up or action. Staff turnover is extremely high, and it often seemed that the most capable and professional people were leaving while the issues driving them out remained unaddressed. Senior management often appeared unprepared for their roles, sometimes displaying passive-aggressive behaviour, and seemed largely disengaged from the needs of their teams. The pay disparity is also concerning. Employees in the same role with the same level of experience can earn significantly different salaries simply because senior management decides so. This raises serious questions about fairness, transparency, and how compensation decisions are made. The office is consistently unclean and disorganized, with ongoing facility issues (such as poorly maintained bathrooms) that are not taken seriously.

Pros

The owner and founder is very active and motivating. The company has a Summer party and a Christmas party. Bonuses early basis. No need to clock in, clock out (but expect to work overtime and not get paid), instead several schemes of day in lieu, August Fridays afternoons off. Cycling schemes. 4% match of private pension payment.

Cons

Communication among departments is a con. Lower salaries compared to what the market offers. Newcomers and starters are almost every week, with a high rate of employee turnover. The logistics department has to pack, unpack, load, unload goods and help with manual work. There is no tech/it department to deal with data and business systems; each department has its own procedures and way of working. Not much space in the HQ/Studio. Lack of organisational culture.
