Pros
* People were lovely - lots of knowledge and skills within the industry * People were passionate and genuinely wanted the business to thrive *Remote working with the option to go into the office at London Bridge *Previous CEO Chris Bennett- asset to the business and genuinely cared for his employees and doing the right thing
Cons
* A new CEO took over (no longer there) but changed the business overnight. Lay offs were made, lots of new board members appearing but didn't bring anything to the table * If you like structure, process & delivering - then this isn't for you- Lots of changes in a VERY short space of time , redundancies made, communication was lost, business became very closed * Potential to have a great product but everything was always a slow process or changing direction-Many teams working in silo and not collaborating when it came down to the product *Lack of process- ideas would be discussed, approved and signed off but then nothing ever finalised afterwards *Salaries didn't reflect the hard work and effort people put into their role *Multiple meetings just for the sake of having a meeting- lots of discussions but no output or results *Lost some big and great clients
