Friendly people and a recruiter who genuinely did his best, but the overall interview process was slow, unstructured, and chaotic, with little consideration for the candidate experience.
Pros:
Everyone I spoke to was polite and well-intentioned. The recruiter supporting the process was excellent and kept things moving despite internal delays.
Positive mission around sustainability.
Cons / Candidate experience:
Very long delays between steps, often 2–3 weeks without updates unless I followed up.
Lack of structure, expectations were unclear and timelines often weren’t respected. Some interviews felt improvised; one session was essentially a two-hour presentation with very few questions asked.
Final-stage interview included six participants, which made the discussion unfocused and difficult to manage. I was told at the start of that meeting that I was expected to lead the entire discussion, with no advance warning or preparation guidance.
Bottom line:
The people were kind, but the process lacked professionalism and clarity. I eventually withdrew as it became clear it wasn’t a good fit.
Candidates who prefer well-structured, timely, and mature processes should be aware of these aspects.
