I joined EX Squared about six months ago. EX2 is a great company to spread your wings at. I have found that EX2 is filled with extremely supportive and caring folks. They are not shy about appreciating a job well done. Management is clear about expectations and you never feel in the dark about where you stand. The project I currently work on is fast-paced but manageable. I am very happy I made the move here - it feels like home.

Not a con - just reality of the industry: We are a services company, so client satisfaction is key. That means that the success of our projects is a top priority. Our team members work very hard to support one another and load balance our responsibilities. I wouldn't consider working for any services organization if that is not your understanding or goal. Having to stretch here is rare because we are all supportive of one another. We help each other divide and conquer.
