I joined as a Data Annotator in the Data Science team with no coding background. Soon, I was entrusted with small Python tasks, marking the beginning of my journey as a Data Analyst. Real project exposure helped build my confidence and skills. Next, I learned Selenium, worked on data scraping, and eventually moved into Python development tasks. But the growth didn’t stop there. The team motivated me to aim higher and explore Machine Learning. With continuous encouragement and opportunities to work on ML-focused tasks such as NLP, convolutional neural networks, and generative AI projects, I progressed significantly in my skillset. I joined this company as someone with no coding experience — and I left with confidence in my abilities as a Machine Learning Engineer.
