Compensation and benefits were generally competitive. The company communicates strong cultural principles and long-term ambitions.

From my perspective, there were times when the day-to-day experience did not fully reflect the company’s stated cultural commitments. While inclusion and DEI were emphasized in company messaging, I personally did not consistently see those priorities reflected in leadership decisions or team-level outcomes during my tenure. As a Canadian employee, I sometimes felt that cross-border differences in workplace standards and expectations were not always fully understood or considered in broader decisions. This created occasional frustration and a sense of disconnect. I also experienced limited visibility from senior leadership, including the CEO. Greater engagement in team forums and open dialogue might help strengthen trust and alignment.
