Pros
Being from a CoE, 1. Diversified Business, so it literally is the Mecca of learning new things. 2. Designation vs Salary is very good in the organization. 3. Appraisal at the end of year is good (transparent, you know where you are and bcz of that what your increment is). 4. Knowledgeable and helpful seniors: If you are stuck somewhere, just ask them for a way out and they are on it. 5. What is Expected from the Job Profile is clear, so you can clearly map your path/ growth of your career.
Cons
1. Decisions are too much manager oriented. 2. CoEs clearly need more manpower. 3. Work-Life balance is nearly not there. Long work hours atleast thrice a week. 4. If you compare the work loading between the resources of Business Units and CoEs it is very much skewed.
