Pros
Lovely people, get to work on different projects, good culture (but only pre-pandemic, massivley overworked in pandemic to pick up others work as they were on furlough with their feet up!). Overall, thoroughly enjoyed my time but by the end, simply got fed up of having no career growth opps, being overworked and the limited budgets to work with. I'd recommend joining Eaton if you're just looking to experience a big corporate for a couple of years but suggest then moving on.
Cons
Low budgets to work with, no career progression unless you're willing to relocate to another country, no diversity in leadership, limited opportunity to grow skillset, teams are super lean so people are massively overworked (personally carried the role of what should be 3+ people because I needed to keep things moving...). Maternity package basic and Eaton is only just discussing hybrid ways of working - just far too slow. In denial about current state of business and too busy chasing and watching what the competitor is doing. Wake up guys, you're losing good talent as you continue to budget cut and over-stretch people.
