1. Poor people management 2. Snobbish team of people, especially management team. 3. Lack of vision. 4. Old fashion led by Old guards. 5. Pay is not high. 6. Lack of proper communication in terms of company vision, career path, roles and responsibilities etc. 7. Employee training more of a show business. Not constructive for employees as the objective is not meant to help employees but to find out if you have a positive or negative perspective of the company or to reaffirm your attitude and aptitude.
