Its a job and nothing else

Cons

Constant shifting goal posts. High management are absolutely clueless on how to handle staff. Getting staff to lie to customers regarding the the illegal recycling of MPANs and then hitting them with thousands of pounds worth of bills. Demoralising as your mental heath is being battered by the company and then they send posts about how much they care about dead fish. Staff don't have the right training and causing massive backlogs of accounts not being billed, HR are just as spinless as the team leaders. Management going onto the system at 3am and make a mess of accounts. None of them could organise a party in a brewery.

Cons

Everything lol, just honestly the poorest company I've ever worked for. Destroyed my mental health completely. Overworked staff and things constantly changing , managers are vile and anyone higher than managers have no idea what's going on and have never worked in the industry below the level they are so don't know how it feels to have some of the highest targets I've ever seen. The call structure and what they want from you is just ridiculous and I'm sorry but most of the customers I feel sorry for they are struggling for price but we cant tell them we are one of if not the most expensive company.
