Pros

This is a good company overall. Management is supportive, schedule is flexible, and there is more autonomy than other healthcare positions.

Cons

The benefits need improvement. Office staff gets paid holidays while clinicians do not. No 401k match. The new tablets are horrible, they really need to test technology changes before implementing them.

Pros

Flexibility Great coworkers Work experience for resume

Cons

No transparency or communication regarding changes. You are told what they are with no explanation. The pay per visit model change caused half the clinicians to leave as their pay decreased and they no longer got paid holidays. That caused the low census leading to office staff being let go. I was given three people's jobs at one point and expected to get them all done without going into overtime and no raise in pay. That was impossible and caused one of the jobs to suffer. I told my supervisor I was over capacity and my concerns were ignored. There was also clear favoritism and nepotism with many family members worker under their relative as their direct supervisor. Management doesn't take advise even though they claim they do. I have never worked anywhere other than Eden where they claim they care about their employees and then make decisions that are the opposite. They only care about money and you can tell as their benefits are horrible. Upper management can't seemingly take as much time off and other workers only get a measly 2 weeks. Employee turnover is horrible
