The work is extremely meaningful and fulfilling, and staff is dedicated and competent.

Cons

The leadership seems incapable of effective communication, provides no transparency, and makes no attempt to foster collegiality or teamwork among co-workers or departments. The turnover is extremely high, primarily because people get fired if they attempt to address problems. It is a hostile work environment in every sense of the word.
