      People in head of department roles with no idea what peoples actual jobs are. Head of BU's who on day one said "I do not celebrate team wins." Boosts about career growth but does not actually give anyone the opportunity for that.

      At edgewell, it was one bandaid after another. Just keeping an old place from dying so they could sell us to the highest bidder.
