The best part of your review is learning that you have been able to achieve a work/life balance, and be so successful in both aspects of your life. Edmunds values employees’ family and personal time and hopes for all to feel balanced in that regard.
You hit on one of the key attributes for success for our field employees: self-motivation. We know that when a person is remote, and responsible for owning a market, it's much like running your own business. You must be well-planned, driven and organized. As you noted, leadership is devoted to giving employees the tools to succeed and training that is necessary, but ultimately much of a person’s success in these positions comes from within.
