As a partner to public school districts, we strive to balance strong district relationships with our commitment to clinical excellence. We're actively working to enhance the clinician experience through stronger regional support, improved benefits, and clearer communication around contracts.
PTO and work-life balance remain key areas of focus. In addition to annual PTO, tenured staff receive additional time off. Clinicians are paid full-time during school closures—including winter break and holidays—and during the summer, work reduced hours while maintaining full pay, with several weeks off entirely for rest and recharge.
