      Pros

      Work/Life Balance. Only had to do extra one day a week. We were able to be flexible my first few years. Offers supervision to obtain hours.

      Cons

      Expected to communicate issues within a hierarchy that deterred problem solving. Complaints were not properly addressed. Ongoing questions for long-term planning were challenging to get responses to.

      Pros

      -Great work/life balance with school schedule -administration cares about their employees and listens to their needs by doing check ins and surveys, and they follow through. -networking and collaboration with other clinicians throughout different states -clinical supervision is available for hours -supervisors are extremely helpful and do not have issues getting in contact when an emergent need arises

      Pros

      Decent pay and school schedule plus full time pay over the summer is definitely a pro. You get to make a difference.

      Cons

      It is a toxic work environment. Lack of communication. Lack of care for workers. Everything is for the numbers. Will do anything to protect and to save contracts at all cost even if it means sabotaging you. Many in supervision and RD positions fail to uphold obligations and undermine efforts. Not so good place to get hours for licensure.
