      Dividends to shareholders are too high compared to the low employee bonuses. The top management takes autocratic decisions on the company's strategy and on employee salaries.

      Lower and middle management does their best, but their efforts are generally limited completely by the corporate culture of profit over everything.

      Cons

      BLN used to be a small, family owned firm but now after several mergers and acquisitions, it's essentially a French-owned Blackrock type firm.
