1. Hiring is bit normal process or easy 2. Very rarely gets opportunity to do things from scratch 3. Payment on time and less recession.
Cons
1. Hiring mostly does not have defined roles. 2. Though it looks like global MNC hiring, India office runs based on a person. So company/office is different between interview appearance and while working. 3. In most of the teams Approachability at work place is tough or involves lot of bureaucracy. 4. High provoking behavior across the management or their close associates and sometimes no value to the effort. 5. It is seen as negative or questioned if write emails to global partners. 6. 10+ experience engineers, soon loose the hope on career due to no software development best practices or clear potentiality of job. feedback:PLEASE SEE AS VERY LAST RESORT if you are much experienced or worked in big companies. 7. In Case one do not like or they do not like, sufficient harassment till one leaves the organisation(reporting to low experience engineers, no value to work, provoking behavior, difficult to continue/digest words with no options as such to correct or report to global partners ).
