2. Though it looks like global MNC hiring, India office runs based on a person. So company/office is different between interview appearance and while working.
3. In most of the teams Approachability at work place is tough or involves lot of bureaucracy.
4. High provoking behavior across the management or their close associates and sometimes no value to the effort.
5. It is seen as negative or questioned if write emails to global partners.
6. 10+ experience engineers, soon loose the hope on career due to no software development best practices or clear potentiality of job.
