      level of technology, having their own operations

      Cons

      poor management from the top on down, C-level/director levels push unrealistic expectations down, causing many illnesses (long-term, mental, one manager had a heart-attack). And the ego's, never encountered anything like it...

      Too small and far behind leaders in space like ciena and infinera. Disjointed strategy. Do not have best talent.
