Multinational company where is a diversity of people which give me the opportunity to learn and to be exposed to different cultures. Respect law and Human rights. Look for talent . It offers opportunity to grow in your career
Cons
Look for cost saving all the time, put pressure to acheive EBIT, they do not have black and white policy. That could impact on employee morale especially if they don't know the rule.
