      Nice cafeteria, Free Coffe and Weekly pay ! It is just this literally!

      Cons

      Human Resource don't know what are doing, they just loosing smart and talented people ! They don't see the real value employees . If you have good relationship with HR or they like your personality! They will hire you because favoritism! This company will never grow like it should be! Don't waste your talent and career! Just Saying!!!

      Electrolux has a lot to offer its employees.

      Cons

      Favoritism is an issue. People with no experience getting promoted because they might be good vs promoting the person who has the skills but avoids drama.
