      As an employer who is permanent is entitled to good compensation. also the company is very flexible in terms of vacation days etc.

      Cons

      Sometimes it is difficult to take decisions as a corporate company, things sometimes take longer than usual. sometimes working many projects at a time is not very enjoyable.

      Amazing team to work for. The job is fun and you get to use your hands and you actually see the improvements you made work.

      Plant is closing down leading to not having any jobs anymore.
