Pros

I joined Elevate Services when it was just one room with 5 employees so I have seen this company grow and I have grown with it. In my total industry experience I have not seen such a great and positive atmosphere. The work atmosphere is something that the employees make and Elevate employees have done a great job in maintaining it. Pay is very good as compared to even some of the biggest brands in the market. Other benefits like medical are also good Work life balance is great. The greatest I ever saw. Stress free atmosphere with highly supportive management team. Human Resource department is unique, I am yet to come across such "happy to help" HR guys. HR does not feel like HR at Elevate. These guys are doing a great job.. Open door policy at Elevate is actually too open. Good for the employees, maybe not so good for the management. Based on my experience, Employees are more important than clients at Elevate.

Cons

Lack of growth opportunities as the company is itself, in the growing stage.

Pros

Parking was free no lunch provided though. Staffing coordinator was at least nice. Other than that needs improvement.

Cons

Terrible experience our schedule changed multiple times. First we were working 4-5 days a week for multiple weeks. Then before event they changed it to just 6 total shifts. Then the day before the second event they canceled everyone. It was also very hot and they didn’t provide full size water bottles. Just a small pack of minis. Which for 10 adults that’s not acceptable especially when you sent a memo out the day prior preaching water hydration because of the heat advisory. Thankfully, I was smart enough to go to first aid to get us water since it was 90 outside. Also not enough equipment to service guests. Lots of angry customers.
