Pros

Really not much to say that they are really good at faking the 'good' culture in their work space, and everyone senior level is fake. Like to focus on revenue rather than on staff.

Cons

They put staff on pay cut during 2 years and long hours had to be worked, management style are unprofessional and inexperience. They like to terminate contracts with office staff very quickly with no notice - be careful signing the dotted line - only give 1 week notice period and not one month.. Very unethical company

Fun and outgoing gigs. You meet many co-workers and you are able to network. Travel to different cities.

Communication with staffing managers. Difficulty reaching them with concerns about bookings for future event when you already applied through the app.

Pros

The pay is the only thing.

Cons

Absolutely disorganized on every level. Communication at the basics is abysmal at best.
