The management is made out of incompetent bullies. They are super unprofessional and the way they talk to staff is unacceptable. Everyone is super fake and it's full of backstabbers. If you dare to speak your mind, they basically threaten you. They also lie to your face on various occasions.
Your job description is basically a blur so they can force you to do things which aren't your duties.
Super badly treated staff, if you are below an assistant manager level you are basically the punching bag of everyone higher up.
Been complaining to HR and to our area manager about our site manager but we never even got a reply from any of them so we all just quit instead. 6 of us have left from this site in a few months because of this.
