Pros
Snacks, Dogs, Friends, Music, great coffee blah blah. But beyond this, everyone I interacted with day to day was so capable and warm. The flexi office space allowed such freedom. There was clear communication from top to bottom and a clear passion from the top for a desire for emarkers to grow and amaze everyone.
Emark is a salesforce product deployment partner - one of a few. But it's clear to me that our ideas blew competitors' out of the water.
Cons
There was a frustrating lack of leads coming in - most of the work depended on us actually pitching to Salesforce in order for them to recognise us as a suitable deployment partner for their unwanted clients. I think the London office lacked confidence; it's strange feeling 80% beholden to a multinational cultish conglomerate.
