Pros
None. But only thing I liked is the team leaders who were helpful n supporting.
Cons
No proper management. At logging off time they will assign work and ask to complete it that same day. Very less salary(10K). No hike at all. In the name of hike they will increase 1k after 6 months. Boss will always cry that work is not going on. No Saturday leave. No pf, insurance, medical insurance. If you want to leave the company they won't provide experience letter. Everyday we have to work more than 10 hrs.
