the higher guys doesnt know anything, so easy to fool around and pick your salary well, why am i important? I am a technical head, so if I wont be knowing, who will? their all divisions are rotten, projects that do not comply with core competency, management gets projects to just fill up the sales quota, the engineers working on them gets no benefit as they are not used in industry. The managers are pathetic in communication, one of manager goes out to sleep in his car on a daily basis from 2 to 4, its funny how they are continuing, a company which could have soared is waiting for somebody to buy them out. Dont join unless you get any other job.
