Pros
Embitel is not an MNC or software devp giant but it has the ambition of one. This is a great thing because it means there's tremendous scope for growth and learning for employees, and the management truly encourages it. Clients include recognised international and national brands, and there's good exposure. I observed that feedback and suggestions were considered seriously, and the approach was employee-friendly. With due credit to my manager, I was able to learn a lot while I was there, and was able to maintain a work-life balance due to flexible working options. I also recommend the company because the management and HR strive to create a positive environment.
Cons
Some may say it's small company, but I prefer working in a place where there is scope for openness and communication, instead of being just another face among thousands.
