By focusing on Value, Flow, and Quality, we help clients make significant leaps forward in product management, along with a comprehensive package that ensures lasting transformation. There are moments of joy when the lightbulbs go on, capabilities are sustained, and a mindset of continuous improvement and experimentation is adopted.

      Travel can be a significant part of the role, but it is driven by collaboration and client needs.

      Pros

      The company culture You get to work with amazingly talented and colleagues around the world. Great ethos and mission to bring true lasting value to its clients. Very strong concepts and unique assets in Value, Flow, Quality that's not cookie cutter or dogmatic in its approach.

      Cons

      The travels as with any consultancy... and there are some internal processes that can be improved as the company has grown rapidly.

      Pros

      Small company, everyone knows everyone.

      Cons

      Lack of mentorship opportunities has led to stunted growth and development within the company. Emergn has very high turnover and a long history of hiring and letting people go before they can even complete 6 months at the company. I would not recommend this as a place of work at this time.
