Bank was updating systems timely and providing new techniques to staff for competing with its competitors.

No such system was available to identify the hardworking staff, capable staff to promote them. Have selected such individuals and promoted them to managerial levels whereas they didn’t know how to operate systems or knew the banks policy besides that we had to train them. ( promotions were on personal likes and dislikes)
