      Work from home and Salary is good

      Cons

      Owner is involved in business and he sees employees as Machines. No work-life balance. Pushes to work on weekends. Micro managing and very disrespectful. Owner and his relatives working in the company are safe. Rest of the members are treated like trash.

      I was pleased with my interview and hiring process that Employvision executed for Kyndryl. Communications were clear, I felt Employvision represented me very well during the negotiation process. As a female in IT Executive Leadership, I appreciated their representation.
