Pros

Work from home and Salary is good

Cons

Owner is involved in business and he sees employees as Machines. No work-life balance. Pushes to work on weekends. Micro managing and very disrespectful. Owner and his relatives working in the company are safe. Rest of the members are treated like trash.

Pros

Had the opportunity to work with some excellent account managers & reporting manager who were professional, communicative, and provided timely feedback. Even when candidates were rejected, they offered constructive reasons that helped improve future submissions. My initial reporting manager (until October) was truly supportive, stood up for recruiters, and worked closely with us to ensure fairness in candidate evaluations.

Cons

Unfortunately, there were a couple of account managers who were extremely difficult to work with. One in particular would routinely reject candidates without valid reasoning and expected resumes to perfectly mirror job descriptions, which is not a realistic approach in recruitment. On several occasions, I found that she was rescreening candidates against completely unrelated positions and then holding that against us. Another account manager preferred submitting her own candidates and gave them priority over recruiter submissions, which undermined the entire team’s efforts and made our roles redundant on her accounts. After the leadership change in October, things worsened. The new reporting manager was disengaged, political, and unsupportive. He rarely addressed the challenges we faced with account managers and never advocated for us or our candidates. Instead, the blame often circled back to recruiters without fair assessment of the circumstances.
