I enjoy what I do on a daily basis and I appreciate the people I work with immensely. My managers are caring individuals who work hard to support their employees.
Cons
It would be nice if health insurance costs were covered by the employer more given the recent rise in prices for employees. Otherwise I do appreciate our benefits and think they're good.

Delivery & Execution are areas that are truly challenging in the high growth/evolutionary environment that Empower is in today.
Cultural changes are happening within the business that create some competing priorities, though Sr. Leaders continue to lead through this.
Working with people across the US means don't expect a normal schedule - early / late starts and working lunches are the norm.
