Company Review - Senior Project Manager Empowered Systems Employee Review

Empowered Systems has a lot of pros. If you're in the United States, the fact that our insurance is covered is a huge benefit. The organization is completely remote, which provides a level of support that is unparalled considering it doesn't operate in office, but there are multiple events each year to get employees together in our respective home countries. As ES isgrowing, opportunities are everywhere, they just have to be found and identified. Management is solid and continues to push the company in a positive direction.

Growing pains from the separation from Refinitiv/LSEG. A lot of organizational changes are afoot and it makes it hard to navigate from time to time.

Haven't had a positive experience

Was hired as a freelancer to create promotional material. I was provided nearly zero communication and no direction on how their final outcome should be so I was constantly shooting in the dark with the project. Still haven't been paid for hundreds of hours of work. Communication attempts are constantly ignored.
