      Pros

      Good place to work. Honest and understanding management. Friendly and sociable co-workers. Weekly training. Good benefits package. Good compensation.

      Cons

      On more than one occasion annual pay raises (2~3% inflation adjustment) dates have been "adjusted" by about six months. First to align with our contract provider. Then to re-align with out company as a whole. The net effect of which is a full year of missed raises.

      Pros

      Management worked long hours onsite alongside the staff, including weekends! They took time to correct timecard mistakes, approve PTO, and make sure everyone was getting paid for time worked. Robert Albino's knowledge of the operation and ability to coach staff really stood out in the best way!|

      Cons

      Would enjoy more food trucks since there are not a lot of lunch options nearby.
