      You get paid at the end of each month

      Cons

      The place is run like a dictatorship. The PDR (Performance Development reviews) and pay rises are a joke. The Management are corrupt, and Do not listen to any staff members regarding working conditions etc.

      Decent level of progression Gives opportunities to entry-level applicants Training opportunities available for employess in different departments

      Cons

      Preference to underfund and understaff departments, and explain away outages and performance deficiencies to clients, than to invest in services and systems that work on their own merits. Highly pressurised environments create blame driven, scapegoat cultures.
