      Being able to connect with patients and making a difference in their life. Patients in rehab are usually very vulnerable and they need all the support they can get, emotionally and physically.

      Cons

      Patient to RNT ratio seems unrealistic.

      Pros

      There is fulfillment from helping patients regain independence after injury or illness. Encompass Health promotes diversity and inclusion. There is a good work life balance. Wide range of benefits. An overall positive work environment!

      Cons

      Encompass could recognize more holidays for employees as well compensate salaries to match cost-of-living for the area better.

      Like any job in healthcare right now it’s a demanding job but the culture at encompass really does make a difference.
