Team work and Collaboration is an important aspect of care here Almost everyone you pass will greet you with a smile and say hello Everyone is willing to help with the integration of new team members All stops are pulled to ensure EACH and Every patient has a memorable experience

Cons

As with any organization there is always room for growth and opportunities to learn. Staff move on to different ventures and so staffing issues can sometimes be con.

Cons

Lacks proper structure and communication within the company. Teams and leadership are constantly changing. Low long term retention of employees constantly firing and hiring new employees.
