      Pros

      The coworkers are amazing. I have never worked somewhere where I got along with everyone, and everybody was so helpful.

      Cons

      They are a rehabilitation center but there are far too many patients there that shouldn't be. Hospice patients that are unable to get better and its heartbreaking. No for sure hours either. They call you day of to cancel your shift.

      Pros

      There is fulfillment from helping patients regain independence after injury or illness. Encompass Health promotes diversity and inclusion. There is a good work life balance. Wide range of benefits. An overall positive work environment!

      Cons

      Encompass could recognize more holidays for employees as well compensate salaries to match cost-of-living for the area better.

      Like any job in healthcare right now it’s a demanding job but the culture at encompass really does make a difference.
