      Loved the people I worked with, they were flexible with my school schedule, nice pay

      Cons

      HEAVY pt load, I would be responsible for up to 20 at times. Very exhausting work, every other weekend work

      There is fulfillment from helping patients regain independence after injury or illness. Encompass Health promotes diversity and inclusion. There is a good work life balance. Wide range of benefits. An overall positive work environment!

      Cons

      Encompass could recognize more holidays for employees as well compensate salaries to match cost-of-living for the area better.
