      Health south had Wonderful people as staff and employess, and the patients are very sweet.

      Cons

      Lots of turnover, understaffed a lot of times. High patient to Tech ratio, which made it difficult for us to do our jobs properly.

      Pros

      There is fulfillment from helping patients regain independence after injury or illness. Encompass Health promotes diversity and inclusion. There is a good work life balance. Wide range of benefits. An overall positive work environment!

      Cons

      Encompass could recognize more holidays for employees as well compensate salaries to match cost-of-living for the area better.
