      Benefits were great! Very engaging as it relates to employee recognition. HR Director very knowledgable and helpful. Great for therapy students seeking employment after graduation

      Cons

      Pay wasn't competitive. Senior team very intimidating and unprofessional. No room for growth because most positions require a clinical degree.

      There is fulfillment from helping patients regain independence after injury or illness. Encompass Health promotes diversity and inclusion. There is a good work life balance. Wide range of benefits. An overall positive work environment!

      Encompass could recognize more holidays for employees as well compensate salaries to match cost-of-living for the area better.
