Toxic environment with no support for employees - Sales Representative Endurance Employee Review

Pros

None, absolutely not one pro in this job. The 5 stars you see are managers trying to act like it’s a good place to work.

Cons

Everything. From how they treat their employees to your work life balance. Expect to lose your self and be told to do better every day. This company thrives on threats and decreasing pay while increasing expectations. Negative reviews are not just people who couldn’t “cut it”, it’s people who worked there a long time or even a short time that see the toxicity and are actually trying to warn others to stay away.
