The organization remains at the forefront of analyzing energy policy & offers great benefits to its staff.

The organization and management could benefit from greater transparency, though this is something they've worked on in the last year. Still a white-dominated staff, but that has also improved significantly.

Folks at Energy Innovation come from all over the industry, and are incredibly talented, smart, and at the cutting edge of clean energy work. The salary is highly competitive.
