Pros
The people here are so incredibly smart, supportive, and collaborative. I find the culture of collaboration and sharing unique for a consulting firm. Your coworkers care about you as a human too and folks will often arrange hangouts like hiking or brunch outside of work. I also had a fantastic manager and division director who were amazing role models, mentors, and friends. Finally, there is a huge amount of potential to grow within this company.
Cons
Since the company is growing, sometimes there will be a ton of new people on a project together and it feels like you all get thrown into the deep end. However, the rest of the company will support as best as they can.
