      Pros

      - Great office location (middle of Clarendon) - Fantastic colleagues - Helpful Peers - Great place to begin a career in consulting

      Cons

      - CEO loves to gaslight staff and thinks its motivating. - At one point, you need to be bringing in money to be recognized - Managers do not know how to manage, and are not someone you would go to for career advice - No resources, you will be stretched thing doing multiple jobs that aren't yours - Pay is not competitive - No real work/Life Balance -Asked to do things for "free" labeled as "41st hour"

      * Great place if you like politics or on people's good sides * Almost community like culture * Nice People * Swag

      Cons

      * Absolutely no technical knowledge/expertise from the top/down * "Nice" people until something is said that someone doesn't like and then things can turn upside down * Feedback can be a hit or miss but its been mostly a miss with leadership * CEO cares A LOT about image (company's image) and I say this because during my time at EK the CEO had asked all employees to fill out a survey about how happy they were at the company and to give the company the best ratings but never cared to ask how people really felt * "Senior Developers" that extremely lack in technical ability * Kudos are given based on how well someone can talk which makes sense since EK is a consulting firm but doesn't make much sense in the tech org

      Pros

      Dining and romancing clients, company color snacks, gaming.

      Cons

      Fraternal. Lack of intelligence. Really just a fraternity with the majority hired from CEO alma mater, Dickinson College. A tier 3 school. The collective brain is as biased as hiring practices. Information science, best practices, remove bias, or at least try.
