Cons
You will work like a DOG. 5-6 days a week. 10+ hour days. No work-life balance whatsoever for low pay. When I was there, they were paying $19/ hour and required a Bachelor's degree... McDonald's was paying $15/ hour at that time and let me tell you, the job requirements do NOT justify the pay. Your entire success in the company is based on your sales metrics which sometimes you have no control over. You can be placed at a difficult branch to upsell and you just have to deal with it, you're stuck. You are ranked amongst others in your area and if you don't continually move up higher on the list, you will never get promoted. You really have to be HUNGRY for sales if you want to move up. Not to mention, you have to be okay with dealing with extremely difficult customers every. single. day. For the 7 months I worked there, I had to argue with people in-person and over the phone, get screamed at, cussed at, and threatened on the daily. Some customers even get violent and police are called. After a while, that really takes a toll on a person and you realize it's just not worth it. I was miserable.
