Leadership is very lacking as the C-level executives are rarely in the office. There are little to no established processes for anything and the processes that are there change frequently. End user technology is old and rarely upgraded (still have users running Windows XP). Employee morale is in the tank. Other reviews here mention "overworked and underpaid" and this continues to be true. I went for 7 years without a raise or review and was made to feel very small for eventually asking (quote: "cost of living increases don't exist.")
